Place a teaspoon of ash (per piece ordered) or a small snip of mane, fur or hair in a small ziploc bag. Please write your name and the name of your loved one on the bag.  Any ash remaining will be returned. Mail the ashes to: Annie's Healing Hearts, 2675 SW High Desert Drive #26, Prineville OR 97754.

You are assured that your loved one's ashes will be treated with respect. The pieces are made in 2-4 weeks and returned to you as soon as possible.
