Hi Michelle,

I just wanted to say thank you for all you did for my kids last wednesday when they brought my precious Lacey to you for cremation. I can't thank you enough for your kindness. My daughter Malissa said you were so compassionate and loving and completely understanding of the grief involved and were so willing to help in any way possible. My soon Arron and his wife Kelli were very thankful for your caring spirit and how you were so aware of the difficulty and emotional toll this was taking on all of us involved.

These kids of mine gave me the best gift ever by handling all the arrangements. This was something I couldn't bring myself to do, and yet I knew it was so necessary. I have the card you sent home with them on my mantel in the livingroom. I am not quite ready for Lacey to come home yet, so Aaron has her in safekeeping for now.

I would like to do an online memorial to Lacey and was wondering how I could set up her own Heart and picture... is there a fee for this?

I want to get the word out to folks about your service. I know I am not the only one who has this same situation sitting before them and don't know about how wonderful it really is to have you here in central oregon and ready to ease people's pain in difficult decisions.

After the loss of our beautiful snow leopard we found the staff at Annie's Healing Hearts to be the most compassionate, professional and caring people we have ever met. We never like to lose any animals at he sanctuary but it is very comforting to know that a locally owned cremation service that cares 100% for your animal as well as yourself is here in Central Oregon.

I wanted to thank you for taking care of our wonderful Chy-Baby last month after her illness. You did a wonderful job and we were comforted knowing she was well taken care of. Unfortunately, we are again in need of your services. We lost our much loved boy, Raider last night. He was also sick but we were not expecting this so soon. I had delivered this guy myself so this was very difficult. On top of that this was my son's first dog so it was hard watching him lose his pal. We are again comforted knowing that he will be well taken care of and will be home again with us soon.
